Five stages, each with a date attached and something concrete handed back to you at the end of it. No stage begins until you have approved the one before.
Send design files, tech packs, reference garments, or rough sketches. We review feasibility, propose fabric options with GSM and composition, and confirm whether your target price and quantity are workable before anyone commits.
We cut and sew a physical sample in your chosen fabric with your branding applied. You receive photos first, then the sample itself. Revisions are turned around inside 48 hours, and nothing enters bulk until you sign off.
Your order is scheduled onto our own lines. Fabric is knitted and dyed against approved lab dips, then cut, stitched, and finished with inspection points at each stage rather than only at the end.
AQL 2.5 inspection across the batch. We run measurement audits against the approved size set, wash and shrinkage tests, colourfastness checks, and a full visual pass for stitching and print defects.
Garments are folded, tagged, and poly-bagged to your specification, then carton-packed with your labelling. We prepare export documentation and hand over on FOB or CIF terms to your nominated forwarder.
Figures below are our working targets for a first order of a single style. Repeat orders skip sampling and run faster.
The more of this you can send at the brief stage, the faster and more accurate the first quote will be. If you only have a photograph, that is a fine place to start.
Inspecting only the finished carton is how defects become an expensive surprise. We check at the points where problems are still cheap to fix.
Send what you have. We will come back with fabric options, a costing sheet, and a realistic date for your first sample.
